Resumen
Esta investigación titulada: “El fenómeno de la indisciplina social y su trascendencia en la sociedad cubana actual” pretende valorar críticamente el enfoque actual de la Indisciplina Social por el discurso político oficial cubano. El fenómeno ha alcanzado gran auge en nuestro Estado, afectando la convivencia armónica entre todos los individuos; los patrones conductuales que de generación en generación regían para el comportamiento humano se han deteriorado. Con esta investigación nos proponemos profundizar en la conceptualización de la Indisciplina Social a partir de su delimitación terminológica, proponer al discurso político oficial herramientas para la fundamentación teórica en el tratamiento de la Indisciplina Social con el fin de favorecer su regulación efectiva facilitando el trazo de estrategias para su prevención y enfrentamiento e identificar las principales expresiones que tienen lugar en el municipio de Santa Clara específicamente en el Consejo Popular Centro. La profusión de términos y la ambigüedad en el abordaje de la problemática puede llevar en ocasiones al encubrimiento de conductas graves constitutivas de delitos. La tendencia actual a incluir en el término Indisciplina Social a los delitos, las contravenciones, las ilegalidades y aquellas faltas que provocan una afectación a la educación cívica y las normas de convivencia social, sin tener en cuenta el grado de peligrosidad social, conlleva a que las estrategias de enfrentamiento no resulten las mas efectivas.
This titled investigation: "The phenomenon of the social indiscipline and their transcendence in the current Cuban society” seek to value the current focus of the Social Indiscipline critically for the Cuban official political speech. The phenomenon has reached great peak in our State, affecting the harmonic coexistence among all the individuals; the behavioral patron that governed the human behavior they have deteriorated by generations. With this investigation we intend to deep in the conceptualization of the Social Indiscipline starting from their terminological delimitation, to propose tools to the official political speech for the theoretical foundation in the treatment of the Social Indiscipline with the purpose of to favor their effective regulation facilitating the line of strategies for their prevention and confrontation and to identify the main expressions that take place ,specifically, in the municipality of Santa Clara in the Council Popular Center. The profusion of terms and the ambiguity in the boarding of the problem can cause the concealment of serious behaviors that can be typifies as crimes. The current tendency to include in the term “Social Indisciplines” the categories crimes, breaches, illegalities and those lacks that cause an affectation to the civic education and the norms of social coexistence, without keeping in mind the degree of social danger cause that the confrontation strategies are not the most effective.
