This document was about study of possibilities to employment of different variants of tubular electrodes in the superficial filler for pieces subjected to waste for impact and moderate abrasion. The tubular electrodes evaluated understand deferens type of same, which was manufactured, used different minerals to guarantee the operative properties of each welding process. To achieve the alloy system in the metal deposited with the electrodes was used a metal component base iron with high manganese content and additions of Cuban nickel. In this investigation work the capacity of hardening of a welding deposit type Hadfield (C- Mn-Ni), obtained by SMAW welding process was evaluated.
