Resumen
Esta investigación ha sido realizada en La Empresa de Mantenimiento Vial y
Construcciones de Villa Clara con el propósito de evaluar los servicios que presta,
analizando su viabilidad desde varias perspectivas, técnicas, económicas y de
mercado. Esta entidad tiene una amplia gama de servicios que le brinda a diversas
empresas de todo el país, por la diversidad de estos, los contratos que posee y
espera tener en el futuro se precisa tener un mejor conocimiento de la factibilidad y
la eficiencia de los servicios existentes con la finalidad de ser más competitiva y
lograr mayor rentabilidad. Hasta este momento en la empresa no se había
desarrollado una investigación de este tipo por lo que se necesitó dotar a la empresa
de una serie de herramientas que le permitieran la valoración económica de los
servicios que brinda, a partir de las inversiones que debe realizar para garantizar
dichos servicios.
En este trabajo se realizó un estudio de la metodología del proceso de inversiones
según los requerimientos del Ministerio de Finanzas y Precios efectuando además
un análisis económico desarrollado para el periodo de la investigación, definiendo el
estado actual de la empresa no sólo desde el punto de vista del análisis de las
razones sino también de la evaluación interna de los servicios. Además brindó la
información necesaria sobre la situación interna de la empresa para valorar la
posición competitiva de la misma. Haciendo ostensible del resultado los servicios
líderes de la misma y reveló la estrategia que sigue hacia el entorno.
Esta investigación enfocada a evaluar los proyectos de construcción en el Grupo
Empresarial del Transporte en La Empresa de Mantenimiento Vial de Villa Clara,
estableció un precedente que lo hizo novedoso de por sí pues este tipo de estudio no
se había desarrollado en la mencionada entidad. La implementación del uso de
herramientas financieras permitió establecer políticas en aras de mejorar la toma de
decisiones y obtener así una mayor rentabilidad.
This investigation has been done in the Company of Maintenance of Avenues, Roads and Constructions Services at the Villa Clara province in order to evaluate the services, examining its viability from several perspectives of market and analysis, technical, of the business enviroment. This Company has an broad range of services that offers to several companies of all the country, for the diversity of these, the contracts that it possesses and it will have in the future, the Company needs to have a best knowledge of the feasibility and the competitive and efficiency itself of the existent services with the purpose of more being competitive and efficiency itself to achieve more profitability. In so far had not developed an investigation of this kind in order to endow to the company with a series of tools itself as far as to this moment in the company that they permit the economic evaluation of the services that it offers, starting from the investments that it must realize starting from to guarantee said services. A study of the methodology of the process of investments according to the requisites of the ministry of finances and pricings were accomplished in this work making besides an economic analysis developed for the periodo of the investigation, defining the company's present-day status not only that from the point of view of the analysis of the reasons but also of the internal evaluation of the services. Besides the research offered the necessary information on the internal situation of the company to weight the competitive position thereof. doing ostensible of the result the services leaders thereof and he revealed the strategy follow-up toward the surroundings. This investigation has been focused to evaluate the the construction projects in the Entrepreneurial Group of the transportation in the Company of Maintenance the Villa Clara avenues and roads, establishing a precedent that did it innovative in itself because this surveillance had not Developer everm in the mentioned entity. The implementation of the use of financial tools was allowed to establish political to improve the decision makings the decision makings and to obtain thus a principal profitability.
