Resumen
El presente trabajo está enfocado a la problemática actual en la toma dedecisiones para la ejecución de proyectos de energización rural, particularmente para aquellas comunidades cubanas, aún carentes del servicio eléctrico; partiendo este de investigaciones anteriores desarrolladas en el Centro de Estudios de Tecnologías Energéticas Renovables (CETER), donde se presenta el uso de las energías renovables como una necesidad cubana. Esta investigación analiza aspectos relacionados con esta temática comenzando con una breve definición de las energías renovables que pueden ser aplicables a la electrificación rural, así como la revisión de algunos de los conceptos básicos de la teoría de los Modos de Vida Sostenibles. Además, se presenta la descripción de las alternativas posibles que se complementan de forma provechosa mediante técnicas de análisis multiobjetivo.
El objetivo principal de esta investigación es proponer un procedimiento que ayude a la toma de decisiones por parte de todo tipo de decidores, expertos y no expertos, en el tema de la electrificación rural, de tal forma que éstos tengan más herramientas y argumentos para hacer la toma final de sus decisiones en el campo de la energización rural.
The present work is focused to the current problem in the taking of decisions for the execution of projects of rural energization, particularly for those Cuban communities, even lacking of the electric service; leaving east of previous investigations developed in the Center of Studies of Renewable Energy Technologies (CETER), where the use of the renewable energy is presented as a Cuban necessity. This investigation analyzes aspects related with this thematic one beginning with a brief definition of the renewable energy that you/they can be applicable to the rural electrification, as well as the revision of some of the basic concepts of the theory in the Sustainable Ways of Life. Also, the description of the possible alternatives is presented that are supplemented in a profitable way by means of technical of analysis of many objectives. The main objective of this investigation is to propose a procedure that helps to the taking of decisions on the part of all type of people that make the decisions, expert and non experts, in the topic of the rural electrification, in such a way that these have more tools and arguments to make the final taking of its decisions in the field of the rural energization.
