Resumen
En consecuencia con las proyecciones de cambio que se esperan en la gestión
económico financiera de las universidades, el Ministerio de Educación Superior ha
venido desarrollando y perfeccionando el Nuevo Modelo de Gestión Económico-
Financiero (NMGEF) con el que persigue el perfeccionamiento del Sistema
Gestión Económico-Financiera. cada una de las actividades que se desarrollan en
los Centros de Educación Superior. Para ello se precisa que cada Centro de
Enseñanza Superior del diseño en cada uno de los subsistemas que conforman el
SGEF
El fundamento de este trabajo de diploma se centra en la creación de las
bases para el rediseño de la estructura organizacional de la Dirección de
Economía de la UCLV, que se corresponda con las tendencias actuales
de enfoque por procesos, con la que se logra una mayor eficacia en la
realización de las actividades.
Para el buen desarrollo y funcionamiento de este trabajo se realizaron
consultas bibliográficas y entrevistas a personal especializado que
permitieron encontrar las herramientas necesarias e idóneas para
desarrollar los objetivos propuestos. En el segundo capítulo del trabajo se
establecen las bases para el rediseño de la estructura y se identifican y
describen los procesos de la GEF.

For he/she is necessary it that each Center of Higher education of the design in each one of the subsystems that the SGEF conforms The foundation of this diploma work is centered in the creation of the bases for the I redraw of the organizational structure of the Direction of Economy of the UCLV that belongs together with the current tendencies of focus for processes, with which a bigger effectiveness is achieved in the realization of the activities. For the good development and operation of this work they were carried out bibliographical consultations and you interview specialized personnel that you/they allowed to find the necessary and suitable tools to develop the proposed objectives. In the second chapter of the work the bases settle down for the I redraw of the structure and they are identified and they describe the processes of the GEF.
