sistemas verdes e inteligentes a implementar.
The primary objective of the following project is to present conceptual ideas for the Belize Enterprise and Innovation Institute (BEI2); whose primary objetive is to be the first Green and intelligent building of Belize. This new building will host SBDC Belize (Small Business Developent Center) and Export Belize, government bodies that deal specifically with best export practices and entraprenural strategies. The building was inserted into the existing concept to create a new image, demonstrating a type of arquitectura unique and contemporary to the existing area. Sustainabilty and economic impact were major factors in the design and integration for the actual situation in the country, making it an example for best practices in renuable energy and smart building technology. In the following work the use of green technology and smart building technology will integrated in art form for the design of the building, references will be made to previous international studies in these areas, these studies will be used along with the certified entities using the basic theories to carry out the full design process of the building. Also analized are the conditions in which the building will be located and the requirements for such a building, the caracteristics of green building tecnology and smart technology will also be implemented. The architectural program for the BEI2 building was proposed by the invester and owner BELTRAIDE, including their input on the location and use of certain green and smart technologies. Finally, the fundamentals of this program will be proposed in preliminary conceptual ideas for BEI2, smart energy systems will be used utilized as a concept for self sufficient technlogy, and as a initial cost análisis for commencement of the project.
