Using Information Technology and Communication as teaching tools provides a multimedia math, which develop specific content of the subject and definition of angles, conical, vectors, coordinate systems, logarithms. This content is necessary that the student mastered Telecommunications for the continuation of his career. The media is also presented a list of contents with practical applications in this branch of engineering. This tool aims to solve a problem of interdisciplinarity, where the student, the bearer of knowledge that are presented under a lens, you must apply under another. Teachers of core subjects handled a point of view of professional cycling and similar problems from a different perspective. It requires the construction of a bridge to benefit all involved and achieve better quality graduates. The media was developed in Java, which makes cross-platform with a user interface based on Swing package of language. The interactive space that shows the student is based on the components of Java 2D and Java 3D allows you to learn, change and resulting knowledge to develop a space within the constructivist ideas of Vygotsky and Ausabel.
