La Integración Latinoamericana desde la perspectiva de la CELAC.

Resumen
El proceso de integración en Latinoamérica, posee una gran importancia para los países de la región con aspiraciones de consolidarse; permitiéndole así un avance social integral que, destierre toda forma de dependencia económica, política y social de las grandes potencias.
En Latinoamérica confluyen diferentes iniciativas comunes que tienden a la formación de organismos integracionistas que articulen la unidad latinoamericana y que serán analizados a medida que se avance en el contenido de este trabajo con el estudio, en especial, de la Comunidad de Estados Latinoamericanos y Caribeños profundizando en el legado axiológico que la precede y en los retos y desafíos que acompañan el desarrollo de este mecanismo regional de integración.
El objetivo general con la investigación es caracterizar el desarrollo de los procesos históricos de la integración latinoamericana valorando la trascendencia actual del proyecto integracionista de la CELAC, estructurado en dos capítulos el primero encaminado a los antecedentes de la integración latinoamericana así como analizar las deficiencias de los mecanismos regionales de integración; y el segundo dirigido al estudio de la CELAC como mecanismo de integración en América Latina; que posee, un papel fundamental, para lograr crear un bloque regional impulsando el desarrollo, económico y social integral en latinoamericana, fortaleciendo la democracia y promoción de los derechos humanos, con la asunción de los valores, respetando el derecho internacional, y pugnar porque alcance, la plena integración económica, política y cultural de sus pueblos; constituyendo la vía hacia el avance, de las naciones, que conciba a la América Latina como una patria grande.
The process of integration in Latin America, have a great importance for the countries of the region with ambitions of consolidating; permitting him a social comprehensive advancement that way that, expatriate every kind of economic dependence, politician and social of the big potencies. In Latin America converge different common initiatives that the integrationists tend to organisms' formation that articulate the Latin American unit and that they will be analyzed as one advances in the content of this work with the study, specially, of Latin American and Caribbean States' Community delving deeply into the axiological legacy that precedes her and in the challenges and challenges that accompany the development of this regional mechanism of integration. The general objective with investigation is characterizing the development of the historic processes of the Latin American integration appreciating the present-day transcendence of the project the CELAC's integrationist, structured in two chapters the first one once the background was led of the Latin American integration as well as analyzing the deficiencies of the regional mechanisms of integration; and the second one once the study of the CELAC like mechanism of integration in Latin America was addressed to; that he has, a fundamental paper, in order to achieve creating a regional block encouraging development, cost-reducing and social integral in Latin American, strengthening democracy and promotion of human rights, with the assumption of the values, obeying the international right, and struggling because catch up with, the complete economic integration, politics and cultural of his towns; constituting the road toward the advancement, of the nations, that visualizes the Latin America like a big fatherland.
