| dc.description.abstract | Hoy en día es muy común ver personas utilizando Smartphones, esto se basa en el crecimiento acelerado de la tecnología en el desarrollo de las aplicaciones informáticas. Los dispositivos móviles constituyen cada vez más una realidad que se ofrece al usuario, en un mismo y reducido aparato, funciones de comunicación y procesamiento que van mucho más allá de las simples llamadas telefónicas. Con el desarrollo de esta aplicación se le facilitará a toda aquella persona que desee conocer las noticias que ofrece el Telecentro de Santa Clara, para el cual es de vital importancia contar con una aplicación móvil propia, que muestre toda la información de dicha entidad, así como toda lo que está en la web. De ahí la motivación de este trabajo, que tiene como objetivo diseñar e implementar la aplicación Móvil “Telecubanacán” que muestre toda la información de la web perteneciente al Telecentro Telecubanacán. Se crea una aplicación de tipo móvil, siguiendo los principios del modelo MOBILE-D. El sistema se implementa en el lenguaje de programación Dart, sobre la plataforma Visual Studio Code con el Framework Flutter. | dc.description.abstract | Nowadays it is very common to see people using Smartphones, this is based on the accelerated growth of technology in the development of computer applications. Mobile devices are increasingly a reality that is offered to the user, in the same small device, communication and processing functions that go far beyond simple telephone calls. With the development of this application, it will be provided to anyone who wishes to know the news offered by the Santa Clara Telecentre, for which it is vital to have its own mobile application, which shows all the information of said entity, as well like everything that is on the web. Hence the motivation for this work, which aims to design and implement the "Telecubanacán" Mobile application that shows all the information on the website belonging to the Telecubanacán Telecentre. A mobile type application is created, following the principles of the MOBILE-D model. The system is implemented in the Dart programming language, on the Visual Studio Code platform with the Flutter Framework.
