dc.description.abstractEl control documental constituye una acción fundamental para el desarrollo e implementación de una adecuada gobernanza de información, constituyendo un eje fundamental para lograr la gestión documental y la función archivística institucional. La investigación tiene como objetivo proponer instrumentos de control documental para el Archivo de Gestión del Departamento de la Subdirección Legal de la Dirección Provincial de Vivienda en Villa Clara. El estudio es de tipo mixto, asume un enfoque predominantemente cuantitativo y presenta un alcance descriptivo. Emplea métodos y técnicas del nivel teórico y empírico que sirvieron para recopilar toda la información necesaria. Entre los principales resultados encontramos el diseño de varios instrumentos de control documental, como son el cuadro de clasificación documental, la tabla de retención documental, el calendario de trasferencias y el registro general de entrada de la documentación.en_US
dc.description.abstractDocument control constitutes a fundamental action for the development and implementation of adequate information governance. Constituting a fundamental axis to achieve the documentary management and the institutional archival function. The objective of the investigation is to propose documentary control instruments for the Management File of the Department of the Legal Sub-Directorate of the Provincial Directorate of Housing in Villa Clara. The study is of a mixed type, assumes a predominantly quantitative approach and has a descriptive cope. It uses methods and techniques of the theoretical and empirical level that served to collect all the necessary information. Among the main results we find the design of several document control instruments, such as the document classification table, the document retention table, the transfer calendar and the general entry record of the documentation.en_US
