Diseño del sistema de gestión de la calidad de la CNA Contadores "Doctor Enrique Arnaldo Rodríguez Corominas"

Abstract

El presente Trabajo Diploma se realiza con el objetivo de diseñar el sistema de gestión de la calidad para la cooperativa no agropecuaria Contadores «Doctor Enrique Arnaldo Rodríguez Corominas»; de manera que se ajuste a las normativas existentes y tribute a la gestión de la calidad necesaria para una futura certificación que evidencie la capacidad de la organización para prestar servicios que satisfagan los requisitos del cliente y los reglamentarios aplicables. En función de lograr este objetivo se realiza primeramente una revisión bibliográfica del tema fundamentado por un análisis valorativo y crítico del estado del arte y la práctica. Seguidamente se realiza la caracterización y diagnóstico del estado de la organización con relación a la calidad. Finalmente, a partir de los resultados del diagnóstico se diseñó el sistema de gestión de la calidad de la cooperativa, en correspondencia con los requisitos que se establecen en la NC ISO 9001:2015 “Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad. Requisitos”, con alcance a todos los servicios económicos-contables que presta la organización. El diseño se realizó apoyado en la combinación de diferentes herramientas que garantizan la adecuada planificación, operación y control del sistema durante la implementación y mantenimiento del mismo para el alcance definido.

The present Works Diploma it is carried out with the objective of designing the system of administration of the quality for the Cooperative Non Agricultural Accountants «Doctor Enrique Arnaldo Rodríguez Corominas», so that it is adjusted to the normative ones existent and pay to the administration of the necessary quality for a future certification that evidences the capacity of the organization to lend services that satisfy the client's requirements and the regulation ones applicable. In function of achieving this objective is carried out a bibliographical revision of the topic based by an analysis evaluative firstly and critical of the state of the art and the practice. Subsequently she is carried out the characterization and diagnostic of the state of the organization with relationship to the quality. Finally, starting from the results of the diagnosis the system of administration of the quality of the branch was designed, in correspondence with the requirements that ISO settles down in the NC ISO 9001:2015 “Quality management systems-Requirements”, with scope to all the economicalcountable services that the organization gives.
