dc.description.abstractLa protección al Medio Ambiente es hoy una tarea fundamental para la Humanidad. El contexto empresarial no puede estar, ni está hoy en día ajeno a esto, es por ello que en la actualidad muchas empresas presentan un enfoque ambientalista y son para muchas organizaciones un objetivo a mejorar, esto adquiere una gran importancia para el desarrollo de los Sistemas de Gestión Ambiental. La presente Investigación tiene como objetivo la creación de un procedimiento en el cual se integran diferentes Indicadores Ambientales para definir un Indicador Integral de Evaluación de los Sistemas de Gestión Ambiental para brindar información del estado de dicho Sistema a los directivos de las empresas. Se aplicó este procedimiento en la Empresa de confecciones Fénix específicamente en la UEB - 102 de Remedios “Juan Pedro Carbó Serviá”.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe Environment protection is today the most fundamental task for Humankind. The Business context can´t be alien to that, for that reason actually many enterprises presents an environmentalist approach and for many organizations an objective to improve. For these reasons acquires a great importance to develop Environmental Management Systems. The current Investigation has as objective to create an procedure in which get integrated different environmental indicators to define an Integral Indicator of Evaluation of Environmental Management Systems in order to bring status information for the enterprises executives. This procedure was applied in the Textile Confection Enterprise “Fénix”, specifically in the UEB - 102 of Remedios “Juan Pedro Carbó Serviá” in Villa Clara.en_US
