Propuesta de Variante de Ideas Conceptuales Para Zona de Crecimiento Urbano en la Ciudad de Caibarién

Resumen
El turismo constituye una industria de vital importancia para los países en vías de
desarrollo, sobre todo para los estados insulares que, como Cuba, cuentan con
condiciones naturales favorables para el progreso del turismo ecológico y cultural. Ante
el paso de una economía basada en la agricultura a una economía industrial y
fundamentada en los servicios como parte de las medidas económicas puestas en
práctica en el país a partir de la década de los noventa, el turismo se convirtió en la
principal fuente de ingreso de divisas a la nación. Este hecho condicionó el desarrollo
de diversos polos turísticos en todo el país, particularmente en los archipiélagos
naturales de la costa norte de la isla. Paralelamente al desarrollo de estos polos, se
han desarrollado nuevas zonas de crecimiento urbano para asentar la fuerza de trabajo
que demandan los mismos. Una de estas zonas es el reparto Van Troi II, localizado en
el municipio de Caibarién, al norte de la provincia de Villa Clara donde actualmente se
lleva a cabo una urbanización concebida en tres etapas de crecimiento. El presente
proyecto de diploma propone una variante de ideas conceptuales para la tercera etapa
de dicha urbanización.

The tourism constitutes an industry of vital importance for the developing countries, mainly for the insular states that, as Cuba, they have favorable natural conditions for the progress of the ecological and cultural tourism. Before the step of an economy based on the agriculture to an industrial economy and based in the services like part of the on economic measures in practice in the country starting from the decade of the ninety, the tourism became the main source of entrance of foreign currencies to the nation. This fact conditioned the development of diverse tourist poles in the whole country, particularly in the natural archipelagos of the north coast of the island. Parallelly to the development of these poles, new areas of urban growth have been developed to seat the work force that they demand the same ones. One of these areas is the allotment Van Troi II, located in the municipality of Caibarién, to the north of the county of Villa Clara where at the moment it is carried out an urbanization conceived in three stages of growth. The present diploma work proposes a variant of conceptual ideas for the third stage of this urbanization.
