Resumen
Para apoyar la toma de decisiones en las empresas y garantizar que la misma se efectué de forma rápida y eficiente se ha venido desarrollando un conjunto de herramientas matemáticas denominadas métodos multicriterios, que son procedimientos para seleccionar entre alternativas complejas la más idónea. La presente investigación está encaminada a facilitar la selección del mejor Bar y Restaurante que abrirá en la temporada baja con el fin de aumentar los ingresos generados por la actividad turística, tomando como objeto de estudio el Hotel Iberostar Selection Ensenachos, única construcción sobre el cayo virgen con forma de herradura en la provincia de Villa Clara y que presta servicios de alojamiento y alimentación. Por esta razón se propone emplear dentro de los métodos multicriterios las técnicas: Suma Ponderada y ELECTRE y comparar los resultados que brinden dichas técnicas. Estas herramientas han surgido durante las últimas décadas con el fin de hacer frente a la necesidad de agilizar y mejorar el proceso de toma de decisiones, debido a un entorno cada vez más dinámico y competitivo que obliga a tomar con agilidad decisiones basadas en múltiples criterios y caracterizadas por su complejidad y diversidad alternativa.

To support decision-making in companies and guarantee that it is carried out quickly and efficiently, a set of mathematical tools called multi-criteria methods has been developed, which are procedures for selecting the most suitable among complex alternatives. This research is aimed at facilitating the selection of the best Bar and Restaurant that will open in the low season in order to increase the income generated by tourist activity, taking as object of study the Hotel Iberostar Selection Ensenachos, the only building on the virgin key. shaped like a horseshoe in the province of Villa Clara and that provides accommodation and food services. For this reason, it is proposed to use the techniques: Weighted Sum and ELECTRE within the multicriteria methods and compare the results provided by these techniques. These tools have emerged during the last decades in order to face the need to streamline and improve the decision-making process, due to an increasingly dynamic and competitive environment that requires agile decision-making based on multiple criteria and characterized by their complexity and alternative diversity.
