Resumen
En la presente investigación se realiza un estudio del proceso de diagnóstico clínico con el
objetivo de diseñar un Sistema de Soporte al Diagnóstico Clínico sustentado en Web Service,
que permita introducir los resultados obtenidos en la UCLV con Clasificadores Bayesianos de
utilidad en el dominio Biomédico; dentro del flujo de trabajo del Sistema de Salud Pública
Cubana. La metodología de desarrollo de software seleccionada fue RUP, y como parte de la
captación de los requisitos se utilizaron técnicas de la Ingeniería del Conocimiento. Tanto los
requisitos previos levantados como el diseño, fueron validados desde el punto de vista
informático y médico.
In this investigation a study of the clinical diagnostic process was carried out, with the aim of designing a Clinical Decision Support System based in Web Service, which will enable the introduction of the Bayesian classifiers developed in the UCLV with usefulness in the biomedical domain, within workflow of Cuban Public Health System. As software development methodology was selected RUP, and as part of the requirements capture process, Knowledge Engineering’s techniques were used. Both prerequisites raised as design, were validated from the IT perspective and from a medical standpoint.
