Resumen
La educación nutricional, un eje significativo en la promoción de salud del escolar
primario. Autora: Beatriz Ojito Frías. Cuba se ubica entre las naciones con mayor
cobertura e intervenciones para fortalecer la nutrición materna e infantil. De ahí que
se formule el problema científico: ¿Cómo contribuir a la educación nutricional de
los escolares de 2.g de la escuela José Martí Pérez? Por lo que el objetivo de la
investigación es: Proponer un sistema de actividades docentes y extradocentes que
contribuyan a la educación nutricional en los escolares de 2.g. Para el desarrollo de
la misma se utilizaron métodos teóricos, empíricos, matemáticos, así como de las
operaciones básicas del procesamiento estadístico: la tabulación. El sistema de
actividades docentes y extradocentes se caracteriza por ser coherente con
los objetivos declarados en el Programa Director de Promoción y Educación
para la Salud, el Modelo de la Escuela Primaria, los Programas de 2.g. Finalmente,
se arribó a conclusiones, una de ellas: la aplicación del sistema de actividades
docentes y extradocentes demostró su efectividad en la muestra seleccionada
porque se evidenciaron cambios favorables en los indicadores determinados con lo
cual se contribuyó a la educación nutricional de los escolares en correspondencia
con los objetivos declarados en el Programa Director de Promoción y Educación
para la Salud de la escuela cubana, el Modelo de la Escuela Primaria y el Programa
de El Mundo en que Vivimos.

That is why the scientific problem is formulated: How to contribute to the nutritional education of the 2. g schoolchildren of the José Martí Pérez school? So the goal of the research is: Propose a system of teaching and extrateacher activities that contribute to nutritional education in schoolchildren of 2.g. For the development of it, theoretical, empirical, mathematical methods were used, as well as the basic operations of statistical processing: tabulation. The system of teaching and extra-teaching activities is characterized by being consistent with the objectives stated in the Director Program of Promotion and Education for Health, the Primary School Model, the Programs of 2.g. Finally, conclusions were reached, one of them: the application of the system of teaching and extrateacher activities demonstrated its effectiveness in the selected sample because favorable changes in the determined indicators were evidenced with which it contributed to the nutritional education of the schoolchildren in correspondence with the objectives declared in the Director Program of Promotion and Health Education of the Cuban school, the Primary School Model and the The World Program in which we live.
