dc.description.abstractEn el presente trabajo se realiza un estudio confirmatorio para comparar empresas civiles y militares de Villa Clara en cuanto al nivel de integración de la logística directa e inversa. A partir de las buenas prácticas que aportan las entidades de las Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias (FAR) incluidas en el estudio, se obtiene un modelo de investigación el cual se contrasta, empleando la metodología de modelos de ecuaciones estructurales, en la muestra de empresas civiles. La comparación se realiza a partir del comportamiento de los constructos y las relaciones estructurales de los modelos obtenidos, cada uno en representación de una de las muestras de entidades de los sectores empresariales civil y militar de la provincia. Otra técnica estadística utilizada para el desarrollo de la investigación, aparte de la metodología de modelos de ecuaciones estructurales, fue el análisis factorial exploratorio. También se realiza análisis descriptivo de los datos obtenidos de la encuesta aplicada a directivos de las organizaciones civiles y se emplean métodos de recolección de información como la entrevista, la encuesta y la observación directa. Luego de realizado el estudio se concluye que el constructo Integración de la Logística Directa e Inversa posee un comportamiento fuerte en la muestra de entidades militares y débil en la muestra de empresas civiles.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn this paper a confirmatory study was performed to compare civil and military companies from Villa Clara in the level of integration of the forward and reverse logistics. From the contribution of the good practices of entities of the Revolutionary Armed Forces (RAF) included in the study, a research model was obtained which contrasts the sample of civil companies using the methodology of structural equation models. The comparison is made from the behavior of the constructs and the structural relationships of the obtained models, each representing a sample of business entities of the civil and military sectors of the province. Another statistical technique used to develop the research, apart from the methodology of structural equation modeling was the exploratory factor analysis. Descriptive analysis of the data obtained from the survey applied to managers of civil organizations and methods of gathering information as the interview are used; survey and direct observation are also performed. After the study was conducted it is concluded that the construct Integration of the Forward and Reverse Logistics has a strong performance in the sample of military entities and weak performance in the civilian sampled companies.en_US
