Resumen
El presente trabajo fue realizado en la Gerencia Comercial de la sucursal CIMEX
Villa Clara, representando una de las cadenas recaudadoras de divisas líderes
en nuestro país, ofreciendo a sus clientes productos con la debida calidad y
satisfacción de sus requerimientos.
Como principal objetivo de la investigación es realizar un riguroso estudio desde
el rediseño de la cadena de suministro erradicándose los principales problemas
que afectan el funcionamiento actual de esta, así como un procedimiento que
revierta los distintos problemas detectados.
Como soporte a la realización de esta investigación se realizó un estudio
bibliográfico actualizado y búsquedas en Internet sobre los diferentes temas
abordados. Se emplearon técnicas como: entrevistas a personal y profesionales
de la entidad, aplicándose un grupo de herramientas como es el caso de
Microsoft Word, Visio, técnicas estadísticas y método de expertos, entre otros.
Con la aplicación detallada del procedimiento se obtuvo la posibilidad de
disminuir considerablemente los costos logísticos derivados de la transportación
y una mejor estructuración de la cadena acorde a la situación actual del país.
This work was done in the Business Management Branch CIMEX Villa Clara, representing a collection of chains leading currency in our country, offering its customers products with appropriate quality and satisfaction of their demands. As the main objective of this research is to conduct a thorough study from the redesign of the supply chain by eliminating the major problems affecting the operation of this current, as well as a procedure to reverse the various problems identified. To support the realization of this research was an updated literature review and Internet searches on different topics. Used techniques such as interviews with staff and professionals from the entity to apply a set of tools such as Microsoft Word, Visio, statistical techniques and methods of experts, among others. With the detailed application of the procedure was the possibility of significantly reducing the logistics costs associated with transportation and a better structuring of the chain according to the country's current situation.
