Resumen
La multimedia PROMERSI 2 constituye un instrumento innovador que permite la divulgación y el aprendizaje del “Procedimiento metódico para planeamiento y plan especial de la rehabilitación integral del hábitat urbano”, adscripto al “Proyecto Internacional Hábitat”, proyecto de investigación del equipo de Planeamiento, de la línea científica: “Arquitectura y urbanismo sustentable”, que coordina la Dra. Arq. Gloria Esther Artze Delgado desde el Departamento de Arquitectura de la Facultad de Construcciones en la Universidad Central “Marta Abreu” de Las Villas.
Ante tal evolución en el Procedimiento esta investigación identifica los instrumentos innovadores del planeamiento, utilitarios, para el perfeccionamiento de esta actividad según la metodología en dos fases, enfatizando en la última para ofrecer un producto actualizado.
El producto multimedia que se obtiene permite enseñar la teoría del “Procedimiento metódico” para acometer intervenciones rehabilitativas, integrales, progresivas y sustentables en Cuba. Su contenido está organizado en siete secciones que actualizan la base de datos de su antecedente PROMERSI 1, al incluirle los nuevos contenidos pertenecientes a la segunda fase de investigación de la metodología que finaliza la presente.
Esta multimedia resulta válida de acuerdo a la metodología específica a la que responde como material de consulta para los alumnos de pregrado del cuarto año de la carrera de Arquitectura al recibir la asignatura de DAU y para los profesionales que cursen la Maestría de Rehabilitación y Restauración, ambos coordinados desde la facultad. Asimismo a cualquiera con formación académica asociada a este perfil que enfrente la tarea de rehabilitación en determinado sector de nuestras ciudades.
The multimedia PROMERSI 2 constitute an innovative instrument that allows the popularization and the learning of the "methodical Procedure for planning and special plan of the integral rehabilitation of the urban habitat", registered to the "I Project International Habitat", project of investigation of the team of Planning, of the scientific line: "Architecture and sustainable urbanism" that coordinates the Dra. Arq. Gloria Esther Artze from the Department of Architecture and Constructions in the Central University "Marta Abreu" de Las Villas. Before such an evolution in the Procedure this investigation identifies the innovative instruments of the planning, utilitarian, for the improvement of this activity according to the methodology in two phases, emphasizing in the last one to offer an update product. The product multimedia that is obtained allows to teach the theory of the "methodical Procedure" to attack integral, progressive and sustainable rehabilitation interventions in Cuba. Their content is organized in seven sections that they upgrade the data of its antecedent PROMERSI 1, when including him the new contents belonging to the second phase of investigation of the methodology that the present concludes. This multimedia is valid according to the specific methodology to the one that responds as consultation material for the students of the fourth year-old from the career of Architecture when receiving the subject of DAU and for the professionals that study the Master of Rehabilitation and Restoration, both coordinated from the ability. Also to anyone with academic formation associated to this profile that faces the rehabilitation task in certain sector of our cities.
