Determinación de la curva de aprendizaje para el ciclo logístico de la Agencia Gráfica Offset

Abstract

El presente trabajo de diploma tiene como objetivo principal elaborar la curva de aprendizaje para todo el Ciclo Logístico de los pedidos existentes en la Agencia Gráfica Offset, como base esencial para el ajuste del mismo. A partir de su determinación y de la obtención de los factores de conversión debidamente tabulados, se procedió al ajuste del Ciclo Logístico de la organización analizada, obteniéndose una reducción del mismo por efecto del aprendizaje que se produce a lo largo de toda la cadena logística, incluyendo los procesos productivos, financieros e informativos, lo cual constituye una fuente esencial para la reducción de los plazos de entrega que se le fijan a los clientes.

The present diploma work has as main objective to elaborate the learning curve for the whole logistical cycle of the existent orders in the Graphic Agency Offset, like essential base for the adjustment of the same one. Starting from their determination and of the obtaining of the properly tabulated conversion factors, you proceeded to the adjustment of the logistical cycle of the analyzed organization, being obtained a reduction of the same one by effect of the learning that takes place along the whole logistical chain, including the productive, financial and informative processes, that which constitutes an essential source for the reduction of the delivery terms that they are fixed the clients.
