Resumen
El presente trabajo persigue como objetivo general diseñar una propuesta de intervención psicopedagógica que contribuya a mejorar el desempeño de las funciones del tutor en la práctica docente de los estudiantes de Licenciatura en Enfermería de la Sede Universitaria (SU) del Policlínico Docente “Octavio de la Concepción y la Pedraja” de Camajuaní, sustentada en el asesoramiento colaborativo, desarrollado en el período comprendido de abril a julio del 2008. En la investigación se diagnostica el estado actual del desempeño de las funciones del tutor, se elabora la propuesta de intervención psicopedagógica y finalmente se evalúa por criterios de expertos. Durante el proceso investigativo se utilizaron métodos científicos y técnicas como: el enfoque sistémico, histórico – lógico, analítico – sintético, revisión documental, entrevista, dinámica de grupo, consulta a expertos, triangulación, encuesta y el método matemático. El estudio se realizó con una muestra de directivos y tutores de la SU del Policlínico Docente de Camajuaní.Los métodos empleados permitieron abordar el problema científico, sobre esta base se diseñó una intervención psicopedagógica sustentada en el asesoramiento colaborativo, estructurada en 5 sesiones, las que abordan temas relacionados con las principales insuficiencias detectadas en el diagnóstico, lo que constituye un aporte de carácter práctico. El criterio de los expertos seleccionados avaló la propuesta, una vez que la totalidad de estos la evaluó de muy adecuada. Se recomienda su aplicación en la carrera de Licenciatura en Enfermería para mejorar el desempeño de las funciones del tutor en la práctica docente de los estudiantes.

The criterion selected experts endorsed the proposal, once all of these the very adequately evaluated. its application is recommended in the Bachelor of Nursing to improve the performance of the functions of tutor in teaching students.
