Contribución al mejoramiento del alistamiento del transporte automotor en la UEB de transporte de la Empresa Eléctrica de Villa Clara

Abstract

La presente investigación se realiza en la UEB de Transporte de la Empresa Eléctrica de Villa Clara con el objetivo de definir el herramental metodológico que permita un mejoramiento del alistamiento del transporte automotor. Esta se elabora desde una base conceptual que contiene la definición de la gestión de operaciones, la planificación y control del abastecimiento, control técnico y mantenimiento del transporte automotor hasta el esclarecimiento de sus objetivos, funciones, principios, metas y características de la organización, y establece las premisas que sustenta la validación de la herramienta a seleccionar, a partir del diagnóstico del sistema de mantenimiento, la caracterización del parque automotor existente y su contexto operacional, con el objetivo de perfeccionar el sistema de alistamiento a aplicar, dando así solución a los objetivos planteados. Por otra parte, se adapta la herramienta seleccionada a las condiciones particulares de la UEB objeto de estudio y, por último, se aplica dicha herramienta.

The present investigation is carried out in the UEB of Transport of the Electric Company of Villa Clara with the objective of defining the methodological tool that allows an improvement of the enlistment of the automotive transport. This is elaborated from a conceptual base that contains the definition of the management of operations, the planning and control of the supply, technical control and maintenance of the automotive transport until the clarification of its objectives, functions, principles, goals and characteristics of the organization, and establishes the premises that support the validation of the tool to be selected, based on the diagnosis of the maintenance system, the characterization of the existing vehicle fleet and its operational context, with the aim of improving the system of enlistment to be applied, thus providing a solution to the planted objectives. On the other hand, the selected tool is adapted to the particular conditions of the UEB object of study and, finally, said tool is applied.
