Resumen
La presente investigación se desarrolla en La Agencia Gráfica Offset perteneciente a la Empresa GEOCUBA Villa Clara-Sancti Spíritus, miembro del sistema empresarial de las Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Cuba. Se realiza con el objetivo de diseñar los perfiles de cargo por competencias para los directivos de dicha entidad. Para el logro del objetivo se implementa una adaptación del procedimiento: Metodología utilizada para el diseño del perfil de competencia de un directivo del sector de la producción y los servicios en el sector empresarial cubano, del autor García Fleites (2017). Para ello se realiza un diagnóstico de la situación actual de Agencia Gráfica Offset y de su proceso de Gestión de Recursos Humanos que permite conocer las principales deficiencias existentes en dicho proceso. Se utilizaron técnicas como: la Matriz DAFO, la tormenta de ideas, el Método de Expertos, la entrevista, el análisis documental, y el diagrama Ishikawa. Como resultado final y producto de la aplicación del procedimiento seleccionado se obtienen los perfiles de cargo por competencias para los cinco cuadros o directivos de la entidad objeto de estudio, los cuales fueron validados por los expertos como adecuados y constituyen una guía para el diseño de los perfiles de los cuadros de las restantes entidades miembros de la empresa GEOCUBA Villa Clara-Sancti Spíritus.

The present investigation is developed in the Offset Graphic Agency belonging to the Company GEOCUBA Villa Clara-Sancti Spíritus, member of the business system of the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Cuba. It is carried out with the objective of designing the competency charge profiles for the directors of said entity. To achieve the objective, an adaptation of the procedure is implemented: Methodology used to design the competence profile of a manager of the production and services sector in the Cuban business sector, by the author García Fleites (2017). To this end, a diagnosis is made of the current situation of the Offset Graphic Agency and of its Human Resources Management process, which makes it possible to identify the main deficiencies existing in said process. Techniques were used such as: the SWOT Matrix, the brainstorming, the Expert Method, the interview, the documentary analysis, and the Ishikawa diagram. As a final result and product of the application of the selected procedure, the competency charge profiles are obtained for the five cadres or executives of the entity under study, which were validated by the experts as adequate and constitute a guide for the design of the profiles of the tables of the remaining member entities of the company GEOCUBA Villa Clara-Sancti Spíritus.
