Perfeccionamiento de la herramienta técnica para diagnosticar el estado de los sistemas hidro-sanitarios en edificios multifamiliares

Abstract

Para la realización de este trabajo, se comenzó realizando una amplia búsqueda bibliográfica, tanto nacional como internacional con el fin de conocer como se trata el tema de diagnósticos de instalaciones hidro-sanitarias en edificios de viviendas. A partir de esto se decidió perfeccionar la herramienta de diagnóstico creada por Gutiérrez Martínez Alexey en su trabajo de diploma y posteriormente analizada por García Jiménez Jansel, con la cual se analizaron los repartos Camilo Cienfuegos, Cardoso y Escambray, en busca de hacer válida la herramienta para todos los sistemas constructivos existentes en estos Repartos. Calculando el posible presupuesto necesario para reparar los principales problemas detectados durante el trabajo de campo.For the realization of this work, the first step was to carry out a wide bibliographical search both, national and international in order to know how the topic of diagnoses of hydro-sanitary facilities in housing buildings is treated.
