Procedimiento general orientado a la mejora de sostenibilidad ambiental en la UEB de producción de azúcar ¨Ifraín Alfonso¨ en el municipio de Ranchuelo de la provincia de Villa Clara

Resumen
En el presente trabajo se realizó un estudio investigativo de las consideraciones generales sobre la sostenibilidad ambiental y el medio ambiente para el fortalecimiento del actual modelo económico cubano; abordando temas como la conceptualización sobre el desarrollo sostenible y la sostenibilidad y su sistema de indicadores. Así como la gestión ambiental en el mundo, su epistemología según diversos autores, sus herramientas y los elementos gestores del ambiente. Se abordó sobre las principales normas de calidad utilizadas, las ventajas, componentes, funcionalidades y etapas de los Sistemas de Gestión Ambiental, las particularidades de la gestión ambiental en Cuba y el impacto de la agroindustria azucarera en el desarrollo próspero y sostenible del modelo económico cubano. Luego se realizó un diagnóstico del estado actual de la UEB de producción de azúcar “Ifraín Alfonso” de la provincia de Villa Clara donde se trataron temas sobre las generalidades del diagnóstico organizacional y se aplicó un procedimiento de diagnóstico donde se valoraron los resultados. Posteriormente se creó un modelo y un procedimiento general para la implementación de un sistema de indicadores de sostenibilidad y medio ambiente donde se analizó el sistema de leyes y las exigencias a satisfacer para la instrumentación del modelo y el procedimiento, un sistema de principios que lo sustente, la exigencia a satisfacer y las direcciones que deben tenerse en cuenta para su puesta en práctica. Se le pone fin al trabajo con el desarrollo del procedimiento, la aplicación del método de expertos para la evaluación del modelo y el procedimiento elaborado.
Presently work was carried out an investigative study of the general considerations on the environmental sustainability and the half environment for the strengthening of current cuban economic model; addressing topics as the development sustainable and the sustainability and its system of indicators. So as the management environmental in the world, its epistemologia according to various authors, its tools and the elements managers of environment. Is addressed on the main standards of quality used, the advantages, components, funcionalidades and stages of the Systems of Management Environmental, the particularities of the management environmental in Cuba and the impact of the agribusiness sugar in the development prosperous and sustainable of Cuban economic model. After that is made a diagnostic of current state of the UEB of production of sugar ʻIfrain Alfonsoʼ of the province of Villa Clara where is treated topics on the generalities of organizacional diagnostic and is applied a procedure of diagnostic where the results were evaluated. Subsequently is created a model and a general procedure for the implementation of a system of indicators of sustainability and half environment where is analyzed the system of laws and the requirements to satisfy for the instrumentation of model and the procedure, a system of principles that sustente it, the exigency to satisfy and the address that must taken in account for its setting in practice. The work finish with the development of procedure, the application of method of experts for the evaluation of model and the procedure elaborated.
