Resumen
La presente investigación comparte experiencias en la planeación del Sistema de
Comunicación de la Empresa de Antenas de Villa Clara.
La misma se sustenta en la necesidad de dicha empresa de gestionar de su comunicación.
Con este fin se trazó como objetivo general: diseñar el Manual de Gestión de Comunicación
de la institución, teniendo en cuenta que existía como precedente un Diagnóstico al Sistema
de Comunicación (Castillo, A. González y Montero, 2009).
Se utilizó una metodología cualitativa, valiosa herramienta por la importancia que confiere a
la perspectiva del sujeto-objeto de la investigación, y por las posibilidades epistemológicas
que ofrece al investigador. La Investigación-Acción-Participación (IAP) es una de las
opciones teórico-metodológicas que se apoyan en dicho paradigma por el énfasis que hace
en su objeto de estudio-acción. Este constituyó el método asumido por los investigadores
durante el proceso. Como instrumentos fundamentales para el estudio se utilizaron la
entrevista semiestructurada, la observación participante y el trabajo grupal.
A partir de los aportes de la IAP, se llevó a cabo el diseño del Manual de Gestión de la
Comunicación, lo cual constituye el principal resultado investigativo unido a las experiencias
práctico-metodológicas adquiridas en su elaboración.
En el territorio, la comunicación organizacional es incipiente y necesita de experiencias que
validen cursos de acción, para su futura replicación a empresas cubanas que apliquen el
Perfeccionamiento Empresarial.
The current research shares the experiences of the Communication System design of the Empresa de Antenas in Villa Clara. It is the need that company has in communicaton management. With that purpose we stablished a general objective: to design the company´s Handbook of Communication Management, considering there already was a diagnosis to take as a beginning. Qualitative methodology was used, as a valuable tool that makes the subject – object perspective of the research relevant, and the epistemological possibilities offered by the researcher. Action-Research-Participation (ARP), was one of the theoretical-methodological choices based on the qualitative methodology, and is of great value as it emphasizes on its study-action object, that is the reason why it was the method used to do the current research. Using the ARP methodology we carried out the design of the Handbook of Communication Management. As fundamental we used semistructured interview, participating observation and group work. The main result of the current research is the design of the Handbook of Communication Management of Empresa de Antenas in Villa Clara, specifically the practical-methodological acquired in making it. Corporate communication in the province is incipient and needs experiences to validate action courses for its future replication in companies undergoing the Corporate Perfectioning Process in Cuba. Therefore, our recommendation is to socialize this research experience.
