Resumen
La presente investigación se realiza en la empresa SUCHEL Cepil de Ciego de Ávila, de la provincia de Ciego de Ávila, con el objetivo de diseñar y aplicar un procedimiento para el análisis de los costos asociados a la calidad, destacándose el empleo de una instrucción de trabajo para establecer los objetivos, alcance, responsabilidades, los métodos a usar para la obtención de datos, la forma de división, obtención y registro de los costos. Para cumplir con este objetivo general se realizó un estudio
bibliográfico abarcando diferentes aspectos sobre los costos asociados a la calidad y la importancia de su conocimiento con vistas a determinar oportunidades de mejoramiento, lo que permite el diseño y aplicación de un procedimiento, específicamente en el proceso de producción del cepillo dental, para facilitar el análisis de este tipo de costos. Para el desarrollo de la investigación se utilizan técnicas de recopilación de información, diagrama Causa-Efecto, diagrama de Pareto, método de expertos y se elabora una instrucción de trabajo para el cálculo de los costos. Con la aplicación de la propuesta queda registrada en la institución toda la información necesaria para el análisis sistemático de los costos asociados a la calidad, facilitando la toma de decisiones basadas en hechos en esta temática.
Present it investigation sells off at the company Ciego's SUCHEL Cepil of Ávila, of Ciego's province of Ávila, for the sake of laying plans and applying a procedure for the analysis of costs correlated to quality itself, standing out the job of an instruction of work to establish the objectives, reach, responsibilities, the methods to use for data acquisition, the way of division, obtaining and record of costs. As a mere formality a bibliographic study comprising different aspects on costs correlated to quality and importance of one's acquaintance with an eye to determine opportunities of improvement came true with this general objective, that permits the design and application of a procedure, specifically in the process of production of the dental brush to make the suchlike analysis of costs easy,. For the development of investigation they utilize techniques of compilation of information, cause-and-effect diagram, Pareto's diagram, experts's method and an instruction of work for the calculation of costs becomes elaborate . With the application of the still registered proposal at the institution all necessary information for systematic analysis of costs correlated to quality, making easy the overtaking based on facts in this subject matter.
