| dc.description.abstract | Diagnosticar la Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo constituye el tema de esta investigación que se desarrolla en la UEB “Eladio Rodríguez Méndez” en la ciudad de Santa Clara. El objetivo general de esta investigación está dirigido a realizar un procedimiento general para la identificación y evaluación de riesgos en la empresa a estudiar. El procedimiento está basado en las normas NC 18000:2005 y está estructurado en seis etapas con sus pasos correspondientes, para lo cual se parte de un diagnóstico inicial realizado en dicha entidad. Para el cumplimiento de los objetivos propuestos se utilizaron métodos y técnicas que brindan un soporte científico a la investigación, entre los que se encuentran: entrevistas, observación directa, consultas a documentos de la entidad, método de expertos, entre otros. Entre los principales resultados obtenidos se destacan, un inventario de riesgos laborales para la UEB “Eladio Rodríguez Méndez” así como un plan de Gestión de la SST para el control de esos riesgos. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The topic of this research project is to diagnose the Management of Work Security and Health that is developed in the UEB "Eladio Rodríguez Méndez" in Santa Clara city. The general objective of this research aims to carry out a general procedure for the identification and evaluation of risks in the company to be studied. The procedure is based on the Cuban standards 18000:2005 and it is structured in six stages with its corresponding steps starting from an initial diagnosis carried out in this entity. For the execution of the proposed objectives they were used methods and techniques which offer a scientific support to the research, among those they can be found: interviews, direct observation, consult entity documents, experts' method, among others. Among the main obtained results they stand out: an inventory of labor risks for the UEB "Eladio Rodríguez Méndez" as well as a plan of Management of Work Security and Health for the control of those risks. | en_US |
