Propuesta metodológica para el rediseño organizacional de la Sucursal Palmares Villa Clara en empresa filial.

Resumen
La estructura organizacional es aquella que divide el trabajo, ordena las actividades
necesarias para el funcionamiento exitoso de la organización y coordina e integra los
esfuerzos del personal administrativo y operativo de la empresa. Una estrategia
organizacional bien definida necesita un diseño o esquema correctamente ordenado
y que promueva armonía entre todas las funciones y sus correspondientes cargos de
responsabilidad.
La implementación de una estructura organizacional es muy importante para el
desarrollo de la empresa, esta aporta un sin número de beneficios, entre ellos, que
todos los trabajadores colaboren, sean efectivos y eficientes en su labor, que el
trabajo se subdivida en relación a su área departamental, que se asigne
adecuadamente al personal en su respectivo puesto de trabajo y demás beneficios
para la empresa.
Convertirse en una empresa filial le permitirá a la Sucursal Palmares Villa Clara
ganar mayor autonomía, aliviar la gestión en las actividades financiera, jurídica,
económica y recursos humanos, que serían asumidos por la empresa madre,
permitiendo concentrar los recursos en la producción y los servicios, encargándose
la Organización Superior de Dirección Empresarial de establecer las acciones de
dirección, coordinación y las estrategias
La presente investigación pretende aportar significativos resultados en la disciplina,
el objetivo es presentar una propuesta de metodología para rediseñar la Estructura
Organizativa de Dirección de la Sucursal Palmares Villa Clara, como un instrumento que
contribuya al perfeccionamiento de su estructura organizativa. Para dar
cumplimiento al objetivo se utilizan varios métodos y técnicas sobresaliendo
los de carácter empírico como son: cuestionarios, entrevistas, investigación
bibliográfica y documental, tormenta de ideas y juicio de expertos. Además se hace
uso de métodos teóricos tales como: análisis – síntesis, sistémico – estructural,
inducción – deducción e histórico – lógico. Además se emplean software como el
Microsoft Excel para la presentación de gráficos, figuras y diagramas.
The organizational structure is one that divides work, orders the activities necessary for the successful operation of the organization and coordinates and integrates the efforts of the company´s administrative and operational staff. A well-defined organizational structure needs a properly ordered design or scheme that promotes harmony between all functions and their corresponding positions of responsibility. The implementation of an organizational structure is very important for the development of the company, it provides a number of benefits including that all workers collaborate, are effective and efficient in their work, that the work is subdivided in relation to their departamental area, which was appropriately to the staff in their respective job and other benefits for the company. Becoming a subsidiary company will allow the Palmares Villa Clara branch to gain greater autonomy, alleviate the management of financial, legal, economic and human resources activities, which would be assumed by the mother company, allowing the concentration of resources on production and services, with the Higher Organization for Bussiness Management being in charge of establishing management actions, coordination and strategies. The present investigation intends to contribute with significant results in discipline, the objective is to design Organizational Structures of Management of the Branch Office Palmares Villa Clara, like an instrument that can contribute the perfecting of the organizational structure. The author utilizes several methods and techniques standing out, in order to give fulfillment to the objective, give them empiric character like: Questionnaires, interviews, bibliographic investigation and documentary, storm of ideas and experts judgment. Besides, the author utilizes also theoretic methods of investigation like: – synthesis, systemic – structural analysis, – deduction and historic – logical induction. On the other hand, it is used software Microsoft Excel for the presentation of graphics, figures and diagrams.
