Resumen
La presente investigación parte de una revisión bibliográfica que establece los términos conceptuales bajo los cuales se sustenta la misma, así como la comparación de diferentes procedimientos y la selección de uno que permita perfeccionar la gestión del sistema logístico. Como resultado de este análisis se aplica la metodología para el diseño e implementación del sistema de gestión logística en comercializadoras mayoristas de productos para el turismo de Camacho Rodríguez (2013), adaptada a las características de la Comercializadora Camilo Cienfuegos de Villa Clara. Su implementación parte de una fase de preparación, luego se diagnóstica la situación actual de la gestión logística para detectar las deficiencias existentes. En función de estas se diseñan cada uno de los sistemas que intervienen en el proceso, con el apoyo de técnicas cualitativas y cuantitativas. Los principales resultados del trabajo están en los beneficios tanto intangibles como económicos que aporta la aplicación, permitiendo alcanzar un índice de satisfacción de los clientes por encima del 90%, e integrando la planificación de las necesidades de compra con la administración de los inventarios.
This research begins with a bibliographic analysis that supports all important data within the corpus of the research itself. This research also established the comparison of different procedures and the selection of the one that allows the improvement of logistical system management. This research was carried out following the logistical system management methodology Camacho Rodríguez (2013) for wholesale traders that deals with tourism products. This methodology was adapted was adapted according to the characteristics of the (trade company) Camilo Cienfuegos of Villa Clara. The implementation of this methodology starts with preparation stage, then it was diagnosed the current logistical management to detect the current deficiencies. According to what was diagnosed, it was designed the systems that take part in the process, with the help of qualitative and quantitative techniques. The main results of this research are in the intangible and economic benefits that bring the application allowing reaching high levels of satisfaction from the clients over the 90 for cent. It also integrates the planning of the shopping needs and the inventory management.
