dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo muestra el desarrollo de un procedimiento general para el rediseño de los sistemas de pago aplicados en la UEB Cantera El Purio basado en la organización del trabajo, teniendo en cuenta las bases del Perfeccionamiento Empresarial. De esta forma se logran focalizar los esfuerzos de la mejora hacia aquellos elementos de la organización del trabajo que resulten críticos, enfocado a trabajadores que están directos a la producción. Se realizó un análisis de los sistemas de pago, y se aplicó encuestas donde se tuvo en cuenta las opiniones de los trabajadores, concluyendo que el sistema de pago no satisface las expectativas salariales de los trabajadores en la UEB. Para el desarrollo de la investigación se utilizaron numerosas técnicas y métodos que sirvieron de soporte para lograr los resultados obtenidos y dar cumplimiento a los objetivos trazados.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe present work shows the development of a general procedure for the redesign of the payment systems applied in the UEB Quarry “El Purio” based on the Organization of the Work, keeping in mind the Bases of the Managerial Improvement. This way are focused the efforts of the improvement toward those elements of the Organization of the Work that are critical, focused to the workers that are direct to the production. It was carried out an analysis of the payment systems, and there were applied surveys keeping in mind the worker’s opinions, concluding that the payment system does not satisfy the salary expectations of the workers in the UEB. For the development of the investigation numerous techniques and methods were used that served of support to get the obtained results and to give execution to the objectives.en_US
