Resumen
Las edificaciones paralizadas en su fase de ejecución, inertes en el tiempo, forman parte de la imagen urbana nacional; este es el caso de la edificación que nos ocupa, proponiéndose la recuperación del inmueble ante la disponibilidad de fondos por parte
de las entidades correspondientes.
Se realiza el análisis pertinente de antecedentes nacionales e internacionales en relación los centros de investigación como centros de desarrollo avanzado en las universidades, así como consideraciones sobre arquitectura bioclimática y eficiencia
energética que se proponen tengan mayor protagonismo en proyectos nacionales futuros, como lo han sido en el presente proyecto.
Se elabora el programa arquitectónico para el Centro de Investigación de Métodos Computacionales y Numéricos en la Ingeniería (CIMCNI) partiendo de los requerimientos específicos del inversionista con las adecuaciones normativas
necesarias y la inclusión de criterios en cuanto a su relación con el contexto y
eficiencia energética.
Fundamentándose en este programa, se proponen las ideas conceptuales para el
CIMCNI, con un fuerte mensaje de autosuficiencia energética bajo premisas del uso de
fuentes renovables de energía, así como un estudio de indicadores técnico económico
que fundamentan esta propuesta de proyecto.
The paralyzed buildings without finishing its construction, inert in time, are a part of the urban national image; this is the case of the corresponding building whit this work, propounding the recuperation of the real estate property before the funds availability on behalf of the corresponding entities. Comes true the pertinent analysis of national and international antecedents related to the research centers like centers of advanced development at the universities, as well considerations on sustainable buildings and energy efficiency that they set themselves have bigger prominence in national future projects, as have been it in the present project. The architectonic program is proposed for the Investigation Center of Computational and Numerical Methods in Engineering (CIMCNI) departing from the specific requests of the investor with the adjusting’s necessary to corresponding normative and the inclusion of criteria related with his integration to the context and energy efficiency. Being based on this program, the conceptual ideas are intended to the CIMCNI, with a strong message of energetic self-sufficiency under premises of the use of renewable sources of energy, as well a technical study of indicators economic that they base this project proposal.
