Plan de acciones para el desarrollo del turismo cultural desde los valores patrimoniales de Manicaragua.

Abstract

Se realizó un estudio explicativo descriptivo con el objetivo de contribuir al desarrollo del turismo cultural desde los valores patrimoniales de Manicaragua. La aplicación de instrumentos de diagnóstico permitió determinar debilidades, tomando en cuenta la demanda de oferta turística en localidades donde se han visto limitados otros tipos de turismo y se precisa de otros recursos para su desarrollo. Por ello, se propone un plan de acciones para el desarrollo del turismo cultural desde los valores patrimoniales de Manicaragua, estructurado en número de la acción, título, objetivo y recomendaciones metodológicas, en correspondencia con el desarrollo que ha alcanzado esta modalidad de turismo en la actualidad. Como conclusiones: la bibliografía consultada permitió la elaboración del marco teórico referencial sobre el desarrollo del turismo cultural desde los valores patrimoniales de Manicaragua, donde se evidencian fortalezas relacionadas con la existencia de valores que pueden aprovecharse turísticamente, así como la disposición y compromiso de los implicados. Las debilidades se asocian a limitaciones en los conocimientos y en la instrumentación de acciones, en función de la ejecución a partir de la implementación estratégica. La propuesta fue sometida a criterio de especialistas que certificaron la validez, actualidad, cientificidad y pertinencia para ser aplicado en la práctica. Se recomendó continuar profundizando en el tema a partir de la incorporación de acciones para otros tipos de patrimonio existentes en la localidad que puedan provecharse turísticamente y aplicar en la práctica la propuesta de solución.

A descriptive explanatory study was carried out with the objective of contributing to the development of cultural tourism from the heritage values of Manicaragua. The application of diagnostic instruments made it possible to determine weaknesses, taking into account the demand for tourism supply in localities where other types of tourism have been limited and other resources are required for their development. Therefore, an action plan is proposed for the development of cultural tourism from the heritage values of Manicaragua, structured in number of the action, title, objective and methodological recommendations, in correspondence with the development that this type of tourism has reached in the present. As conclusions: the bibliography consulted allowed the elaboration of the theoretical referential framework on the development of cultural tourism from the heritage values of Manicaragua, where strengths related to the existence of values that can be used for tourism, as well as the willingness and commitment of those involved are evidenced. . The weaknesses are associated with limitations in knowledge and in the implementation of actions, depending on the execution from the strategic implementation. The proposal was submitted to the criteria of specialists who certified the validity, timeliness, scientificity and relevance to be applied in practice. It was recommended to continue deepening the issue from the incorporation of actions for other types of heritage existing in the locality that can be used for tourism and to apply the proposed solution in practice.
