Las tecnologías en la construcción de la vivienda y su compatibilización con la defensa

Abstract

El proceso de compatibilización del desarrollo económico social del país con los intereses de la defensa abarca varias esferas de la economía nacional. En ese sentido, el artículo 108 de la Ley No. 75 de la Defensa Nacional establece que los Órganos y Organismos Estatales, las entidades económicas e instituciones sociales que respondan por inversiones, adquisición y producción de equipos, prestación de servicios y realización de otras producciones, estudios e investigaciones científico técnicas están sujetos al proceso de compatibilización. En el presente trabajo solo se aborda el tema: Las tecnologías en la construcción de la vivienda y su compatibilización con la defensa; por la importancia que tiene el tema para la elaboración de los proyectos arquitectónicos, en este caso las viviendas sociales construidas por empresas constructoras del Estado, ya sean civiles o militares. Los proyectos arquitectónicos contienen aspectos y características que deben tenerse en cuenta por inversionistas, proyectistas y ejecutores para el diseño de conjuntos habitacionales con tecnologías que brinden las mejores posibilidades para su compatibilización con la defensa y con el objetivo de lograr el cumplimiento de los requerimientos que imponen los órganos de la defensa en las inversiones constructivas. A partir del análisis de dichos aspectos y requerimientos para el tema arquitectónico referido en el trabajo, se llega a la conclusión de que es evidente la existencia de la documentación legal que rige el mencionado proceso. A pesar de ello el trabajo se crea por la necesidad de satisfacer la demanda existente en la rama de la construcción de contar con un documento auxiliar o material de apoyo que ayude a enfrentar dicha materialización de los requerimientos de la defensa en cada uno de los proyectos, logrando mejores soluciones para beneficio del hombre. Por ello, su mayor importancia es que una vez concluida la búsqueda de información referida a las tecnologías en la construcción de la vivienda y su compatibilización con la defensa, se realiza el análisis de cómo cada objeto de estudio (tecnología) soluciona las exigencias y requerimientos de la defensa, emitiendo recomendaciones y soluciones referidas al tema arquitectónico específico y a la tecnología constructiva seleccionada y además queda demostrada la importancia adquirida por la vivienda en la vida del hombre, lo cual hace necesario que la misma cuente con la capacidad de brindar protección ante cualquier eventualidad a fin de mantener la vitalidad del potencial humano.The process of [compatibilización] of the economic development- social you/he/she/ it of the country with the interests of the defense embraces several spheres of the national economy. The present project is mainly about Technologies in House Construction and its Compatibility with the Defense. Due to the importance of such a theme for architectural project making, in this case houses built by State constructions enterprises, either civilian or military. Architectural projects contain specific features that investors project makers and executers should take into accounts to design housing sets with the technology that gives the best possibilities for the compatibility of defense and the aim to fulfill the requirements that the organs of the defense demand of construction investments. From the analysis of these features for architecture in this project we arrive to the conclusion that is evident that this is legal documentation that rules the process. In spite of this fact the project is based on the necessity of satisfying existent demand in construction to count on an auxiliary document that helps facing the specific requirements for the defense in every and each project and giving the best solution for men s welfare. For that reason the greatest importance is that once we have found the required information about Houses Construction Technology and their Compatibility with the Defense we made the analysis of how each object of study (technology) gives a solution to the demands and requirements of defense, given recommendations and solutions to the construction technology chosen. The house is very important in man s life due to it must offer protection to men against any misfortune.
