Resumen
La comunicación en los últimos tiempos se ha convertido en un factor clave para el éxito de la gestión en las organizaciones, cualesquiera que sean las características y estructura que posean las empresas o instituciones. La comunicación permite gestionar todas las acciones dentro del sistema general de la empresa como una más de las funciones estratégicas de la dirección de la organización. La comunicación en las organizaciones tiene una función estratégica, lo que implica asumirla como un compromiso de todos como parte de su filosofía y cultura. Las empresas, organizaciones e instituciones cubanas no están ajenas a estos desafíos. El sistema empresarial en particular, está inmerso en una situación de profundos cambios con orientación a un proceso de perfeccionamiento, que incluyó en sus nuevas bases un sistema de comunicación empresarial donde se resalta la importancia del presente trabajo investigativo, en el que se destacan los antecedentes históricos del desarrollo de la comunicación organizacional, se realiza un análisis del diagnóstico del proceso de comunicación en la entidad y tiene como objetivo elaborar un plan de acción para el perfeccionamiento de la comunicación organizacional, con énfasis en la comunicación interna en la UEB de muebles LIDEX, para la recopilación de la información se aplicaron diferentes métodos: del nivel empírico el análisis de documentos, la observación, entrevista, encuesta, la triangulación metodológica, el criterio de especialista y la matriz DAFO como técnica y del nivel teórico, el analítico- sintético, sistémico- estructural, histórico- lógico y el inductivo-deductivo y del nivel matemático el análisis porcentual.
Communication in recent times has become a key factor for the success of the organization's management, whatever the characteristics and structures are, owned by the companies or institutions. Communication allows negotiating all the actions inside the overall company's system as one of the more strategic functions of the organization's management. The communication in organizations has a strategic function, which means to assume it as a commitment of all members as part of their philosophy and culture. Companies, organizations and Cuban institutions are not unaware of these challenges. The entrepreneurial system in particular, is immersed in a situation of deep changes with orientation to a process of perfecting that included in its new bases a system of entrepreneurial communication where this investigating work's importance stands out, as well as the historic backgrounds of the development of the organizational communication. An analysis of the communication process diagnosis in the entity is carried out and aims at elaborating an action plan for the improvement of the organizational communication, with emphasis in the internal communication in the UEB of furniture LIDEX. For the information compilation different methods were applied: of the empiric level the documentary analysis, the observation, interview, surveys, the methodology triangulation , the opinion of specialists and the DAFO matrix as a technique and of the theoretical level, the analytical-synthetic, systemic-structural, historic-logic and the inductive-deductive and of the mathematical level the percentage analysis.
