| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo se realizó en la UEB Matadero-Empacadora Macún, ubicada en Carretera Circuito Norte Km 12½, Barrio Caguagua de Sagua. Ante el hecho de que el agua residual efluente de los diferentes sistemas de tratamiento que ha tenido la entidad, desde su puesta en marcha en 1999, no han logrado cumplir con la norma cubana de vertimiento NC 27:99, se decide realizar un rediseño del sistema de tratamiento en el año 2010. Para ello, se elabora una metodología consistente en el análisis de los aspectos positivos y negativos de cada situación relacionada con el tratamiento da las aguas residuales; se justifica la necesidad del rediseño y se define el mismo. El rediseño se plantea a partir del segundo tratamiento, diseñado por el INRH, con algunas modificaciones dirigidas a facilitar su operatividad y mejorar su funcionamiento, incluyendo también medidas de producción más limpia (P+L) para reducir la carga contaminante que sale del Matadero-Empacadora. El rediseño es implementado y evaluado técnica, económica, ambiental y socialmente en los años 2011 y 2012, demostrándose su factibilidad técnica en la reducción de la carga contaminante saliente del proceso, su factibilidad económica a partir de la valoración de efectos intangibles medioambientales. Se determina que con la incorporación del aprovechamiento del biogás producido en el reactor UASB al rediseño realizado mejora el VAN en $26679,52, eleva TIR en 20 % y reduce el PRD en 6 meses, por lo que se recomienda su implementación a corto plazo. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The present work was carried out in the UEB Matadero Empacadora Macún, located in the North Circuit Road, at Km 12½, in Neighborhood Caguagua of Sagua. Because of the fact that the wastewater treatment system effluent of all the different treatment systems that has had the entity, from its beginning in march of 1999, have not fulfilled the Cuban Standard for Wastewater Disposal, NC 27:99, it was decided to carry out a re-design of the treatment system in the year 2010. In order to accomplish this decision, a consistent methodology was elaborated which included the analysis of the positive and negative aspects of each situation related with wastewater treatment in this entity. It was justified the necessity of the re-design and it was properly defined. To undertake re-design, it was taken the second wastewater treatment, designed by INRH, with some modifications directed to facilitate its operability and to improve its performance, also including measures of cleaner production (P+L) to reduce the polluting load that leaves the productive process. The re-design was implemented and evaluated technical, economical, environmental and socially in the years 2011 and 2012. This evaluation demonstrated the technical feasibility for the reduction of the polluting load of the process, its economic feasibility measured from the valuation of environmental intangible effects. It is also determined that incorporation of the use of the biogas produced at the UASB reactor to the re-designed wastewater treatment system raises VAN in $26679,52 and TIR , in 20% and reduces the PRD in 6 months, that is why this it is recommended to implement the later variant in a short term. | en_US |
