In this term paper we present some general ideas related to the analysis of data obtained from a questionnaire which is a complex process compound of several aspects including data compilation. We provide some advices on the typical characteristic of questions in this type of questionnaire. We present the questionnaire on students’ satisfaction level that is currently applied to university students in all Cuba. We include brief comments and observations on some of the questions. Furthermore, we show basic mathematical precepts of most important non parametrical statistic methods used for its processing. We present main aspects of analysis, design and implementation of “PESUC 1.0” Software. We explain jxl, javadocx, jfreechart y jsc libraries that we used in software implementation. We present two applications with real data. In the first case we perform an analysis on data obtained from the questionnaire on students’ satisfaction level that had been applied in UCLV during the first semester of 2012-2013 academical course. In the second case data obtained in MFC faculty during the same period were included. In both cases different types of statistical procedures were performed in order to measure satisfaction level of students in UCLV, in first place, and in MFC faculty, in second place. For these two tests we obtained as a result of software application frequency tables, statistic measure tables, simple bar charts, grouped, and charts included the new proposed index.
