Resumen
La presente investigación fue desarrollada en la ESBU “Ernesto Che Guevara” de la ciudad de Santa Clara, provincia Villa Clara como contexto específico. Esta institución está ubicada en una localidad suburbana del municipio, llamada El Gigante. La investigación tiene como objetivo general: caracterizar la competencia comunicativa de los profesores de noveno grado en la ESBU “Ernesto Che Guevara” de Santa Clara. Cuenta con un primer capítulo donde se realiza una sistematización teórica de sus presupuestos básicos, pero además se logra definir la importancia no solo de la preparación docente del profesor, sino de que el mismo posea una serie de competencias en el orden educativo, profesional y comunicativo. En el segundo capítulo, se refleja el proceder metodológico de la investigación, la cual se sustenta en un enfoque mixto, con un estudio descriptivo. Las técnicas utilizadas fueron la entrevista semiestructurada, revisión de documentos, observación no participante, técnica de los diez deseos, composición y cuestionario. En el tercer capítulo se analizan los resultados, donde se recogen datos como las principales dificultades: insuficiente motivación profesional, una autovaloración que le falta estructuración y adecuación, así como una preparación teórica de los aspectos didácticos con un dominio principalmente empírico.
The present investigation was developed in the ESBU “Ernesto Che Guevara” in the city of Santa Clara, province Villa Clara as specific context. This institution is located in a suburban locality of the municipality, called El Gigante. The investigation´s general target is: to characterize the communicative competition of the teachers of ninth grade in the ESBU “Ernesto Che Guevara” of Santa Clara. In the first chapter a theoretical systemization of their basic budgets is realized, also it manages to define the importance not only of the teaching preparation of the teacher, but it also possesses a series of competitions in educational, professional and communicative order. The second chapter reflects the methodological process of the investigation, which is sustained by a mixed approach, with a descriptive study. The techniques used were the semi-structured interview, review of documents, no participative observation, technique “10 desires”, composition and questionnaire. In the third chapter the results are analyzed, where information is gathered on the principal difficulties: insufficient professional motivation, an auto evaluation that lacks structure and adequacy, as well as a theoretical preparation of the didactic aspects with a principally empirical domain.
