Resumen
El país realiza grandes esfuerzos para facilitar la realización del examen de pesquisaje prenatal de anomalías congénitas por ultrasonido con el acercamiento del recurso a la población, pero se han detectado algunas deficiencias que obstaculizan el desarrollo eficiente de este programa. De ahí, que se hace necesario optimizar el diagnóstico ecográfico prenatal de anomalías congénitas en la atención primaria de salud. Las potencialidades de la imagen digital conjuntamente con otras imágenes anatómicas soportadas con las Tecnologías de la Información y las Comunicaciones permiten acceder, mostrar, almacenar y trasmitir imágenes demostrativas para mejorar el diagnóstico prenatal en la atención primaria de salud; sin embargo, la comunidad médica cubana no cuenta con un software educativo que permite el estudio y difusión del conocimiento de las anomalías congénitas, tema este que no se puede mostrar en las consultas en la presencia de las gestantes.
En este trabajo se desarrolló un software educativo que permite el estudio del diagnóstico ecográfico prenatal de anomalías congénitas con vistas a contribuir a la optimización del Programa de Atención Materno Infantil en la provincia Villa Clara. Para ello se analizó la metodología para el diagnóstico ecográfico prenatal de anomalías congénitas con vistas a contribuir a la optimización del PAMI-VC, el sistema diseñado e implementado consiste en un sitio web desarrollado en Joomla!, con lenguaje PHP y el gestor de bases de datos MySQL. Además, se desarrollaron multimedias que facilitan la enseñanza del diagnóstico prenatal a partir de imágenes comentadas por especialistas en el tema.

In this work we developed educational software that allows the study of prenatal ultrasound diagnosis of congenital anomalies in order to contribute to the optimization of Maternal and Infant Care Program in the Villa Clara province.
