Resumen
En el presente Trabajo de Diploma se realiza un diagnóstico y se proponen mejoras a la gestión
de aprovisionamiento en la Empresa Comercializadora DIVEP VILLA CLARA, perteneciente al
Grupo Estatal Corporativo Comercializador del SIME, vanguardia en la comercialización
de productos tanto en moneda nacional como en peso convertible, ofreciendo a sus clientes
productos con la debida calidad y exigencias. Para ello, el autor empleó un procedimiento ya
aplicado en la UEB de Comercialización y Servicio de la Empresa de Tabaco Torcido de Villa
Clara, el cual fue adaptado a las características concretas de la empresa objeto de estudio. La
investigación se origina por la situación existente con el subsistema de aprovisionamientos en la
empresa lo que no garantiza las necesidades de materiales y de esta manera ocasiona
incumplimiento en la entrega de los pedidos en cuanto a cantidad y tiempo a sus clientes.
Entre las principales herramientas utilizadas en el marco de esta investigación están: el Método
de Experto, el Método AHP de Saaty, lista de chequeo, Diagrama causa – efecto, de Ishikawa y
el cálculo del Indicador de Excelencia Organizativa del Aprovisionamiento. Todo este trabajo
permitió la obtención de los resultados de esta investigación: el procedimiento de diagnóstico y
mejoramiento para la empresa, los principales problemas que afectan la situación actual y
planes de desarrollo que contribuirán a la eliminación de las causas de los problemas
detectados.
In the present Diploma Work a diagnosis is realised and improvements to the management of supplying in the Empresa Comercializadora DIVEP VILLA CLARA, belongs to the Grupo Corporativo Estatal Comercializador del SIME, vanguard in the commercialization of products as much in national currency as in convertible weight, offering to its clients products with the due quality and exigencies. For it, the author already used a procedure applied in the UEB de Comercialización y Servicio de la Empresa de Tabaco Torcido de Villa Clara, who was adapted to the concrete characteristics of the study company object. The investigation is originated by the existing situation with the subsystem of supplyings in the company which does not guarantee the needs of materials and this way causes breach in the delivery of the orders as far as amount and time to its clients. Between the main tools used within the framework of this investigation they are: the Method of Expert, Method AHP of Saaty, list of control, Diagram causes - effect, of Ishikawa and the calculation of the Indicator of Organizational Excellence of the Supplying. All this work allowed the obtaining of the results of this investigation: the procedure of diagnosis and improvement for the company, the main problems that affect the present situation and plans of development that will contribute to the elimination of the causes of the detected problems.
