Resumen
La Unidad Empresarial de Base Productiva “Camilo Cienfuegos” perteneciente a la empresa de
confecciones fénix de Santa Clara, tiene como línea productiva principal la confección de una
amplia gama de pantalones de mezclilla, la cual representa el mayor impacto económico para
esta organización. Es por ello que el objetivo de esta investigación se centra en la aplicación
del procedimiento propuesto que permita mejorar la calidad en la confección del pantalón
mezclilla femenino a través de la implementación de alternativas de solución, para tomar
acciones objetivas para el progreso de la entidad. Para el cumplimiento de los objetivos
propuestos se utilizaron métodos y técnicas que brindan un soporte científico a la investigación,
entre los que se encuentran: entrevistas, observación directa, consultas a documentos de la
entidad, método multicriterio, tormenta de idea, flujos de proceso, diagrama de Pareto y Causaefecto,
entre otros. Como principal resultado se logró detectar las principales deficiencias y
proponer alternativas de solución para su eliminación.
The Enterprise Unit of Productive Base “Camilo Cienfuegos” pertaining to the company of preparations fénix of Santa Clara, has like main productive line the preparation of an ample range of trousers of mezclilla, which represents the greater economic impact for this organization. It is for that reason that the lens of this investigation is centered in the proposal of a procedure that allows to improve the quality in this productive trial to propose solution alternatives which they contribute this way to perfect the performance of this Unit. For the fulfillment of the proposed lenses methods and techniques that offer a scientific support to the investigation, between that were used are: interviews, direct observation, consultations to documents of the organization, method of experts, storm of idea, diagram Pareto and Cause- Effect, among others. As main result was managed to detect the main deficiencies and to propose alternatives of solution for its elimination.
