dc.description.abstractLa protección medioambiental y la seguridad alimentaria son algunos de los problemas más acuciantes en el momento actual. El objetivo del presente trabajo es facilitar el proceso de cálculo del impacto ambiental en la industria azucarera y así dar una pequeña contribución al cuidado y protección del medio ambiente. Para el desarrollo del sistema se utilizó la plataforma JavaFX con el sistema gestor de bases de datos SQLite en aras de hacer más simple el trabajo con la aplicación. La aplicación constituye una herramienta importante para ahorrar tiempo y proporcionar una labor más cómoda y eficiente a los especialistas en el análisis del ciclo de vida. Utilizando el método ReCiPe2008 el sistema es capaz de calcular los inventarios parametrizados y el impacto ambiental y mostrar los resultados de forma simple y eficiente.en_US
dc.description.abstractEnvironmental protection and food safety are some of the most pressing problems at the present time. The objective of the present work is to facilitate the process of calculation of environmental impact in the sugar industry and thus to make a small contribution to the care and protection of the environment. For the development of the system, the JavaFX platform was used with the SQLite database manager system to simplify working with the application. The application is an important tool to save time and provide a more comfortable and efficient job to the specialists in the analysis of the life cycle. Using the ReCiPe2008 method the system is able to calculate the parameterized inventories and the environmental impact and to show the results in a simple and efficient wayen_US
