dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo realiza una investigación en el campo del control de gestión, específicamente en el tema del cuadro de mando integral (CMI) como herramienta de la misma y su implementación en el Centro de Información y Gestión Tecnológica de Villa Clara. Para su realización se comenzó por un estudio bibliográfico definiendo los conceptos y herramientas que son funcionales con respecto al tema definido, las prácticas más actualizadas en relación con los procedimientos y la necesidad de implementar específicamente el cuadro de mando integral en busca de elevar la competitividad de la institución. Luego de realizar los análisis pertinentes fue seleccionado el procedimiento de Rivero Lima (2006) para ser aplicado en el diseño del CMI. Como resultado de su aplicación fueron determinados y calculados los indicadores por cada una de las perspectivas logrando definir aquellos que no han tenido el comportamiento esperado. Además, fueron desarrolladas propuestas de mejoras en función de mejorar este comportamiento.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe present work realizes an investigation in the operating control field, specifically in the theme of the Balanced Scorecard (CMI) like tools of the same one and its implementation in the “Centro de Información y Gestión Tecnológica” in Villa Clara. For its realization it was began for a bibliographic study defining concepts and tools that are functional regarding the defined theme, the more updated practices relating to the procedures and the implementing need specifically in the whole-grain control panel in the search of raising the competitiveness of the institution. Right after accomplishing the pertinent analyses it was selected the Rivero Lima's procedure (2006) to be diligent in the CMI design. As a result of its applications it was determined and calculated indicators by every one of the perspectives, getting defining those that have not had the awaited-for behavior. Furthermore, it was developed improvements proposals that it should resolve in great measure the present-day situation of the actual indicators.en_US
