| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación se realizó en la “Empresa Constructora de Vías Férreas de Placetas (SOLCAR)”, con el objetivo principal de determinar, a través del diseño de un procedimiento, las acciones más efectivas para mejorar la integración de la logística directa e inversa. Con vistas a lograr este objetivo se procedió a la aplicación parcial del procedimiento basado en la toma de decisiones en los diferentes niveles: estratégico, táctico y operativo, iniciando con un análisis estratégico donde se valoran diferentes aspectos, siendo está fase la que se desarrollará en la investigación. Se emplearon tormentas de ideas y entrevistas como principales técnicas de recolección de información, y a través de la simulación utilizando el Promodel 7.0 se simularon los diferentes escenarios de ciclo cerrado para fortalecer el proceso de toma de decisiones y se proponen mejoras para los mismos. El trabajo contiene, además, un estudio bibliográfico de la literatura nacional e internacional más actualizada que abarca temas relacionados con la cadena de suministro, la logística directa e inversa, la gestión de la cadena de suministro de ciclo cerrado y su impacto en los objetivos de operaciones. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The present investigation was carried out in the "Empresa constructora de vías férreas (SOLCAR) ", with the main objective of to determine, through the design of a procedure, the most effective actions to improve the integration of the direct and reverse logistics. With a view to achieving this objective you proceeded to the partial application of the procedure based on the taking of decisions in the different levels: strategic, tactical and operative, beginning with a strategic analysis where different aspects are valued, being is phase the one that will be developed in the investigation. Brainstorm of ideas and interviews like main techniques of gathering of information were used, and through the simulation using the Promodel 7.0 the different scenarios of closed cycle was simulated to strengthen the process of taking of decisions and they intend improvements for the same ones. The work contains, also, a bibliographical study that embraces different topics related with the supply chain, the direct and inverse logistics, the administration of the chain of supply of closed cycle and its impact in the objectives of operations. | en_US |
