Resumen
El objetivo principal del presente estudio es elaborar un Plan de Actuación de Responsabilidad Social Empresarial para el Hostal Restaurante Florida Center, considerando la importancia de asumir criterios de sostenibilidad en las MIPYMES.
La investigación es cuantitativa, con un diseño descriptivo y longitudinal. Para la muestra, la metodología dispone aplicar diferentes instrumentos al responsable asignado por la administración, que se nutre de información que aportan otros miembros de la empresa. Como técnica principal para la recolección de datos se utiliza la entrevista personal y como instrumento las fichas de trabajo de la Metodología Innovarse.
Para diseñar el Plan se aplican dos fases, de cuatro que contiene la metodología, consistentes en el Diagnóstico y la elaboración del Plan de Actuación.
El Diagnóstico aporta importantes resultados que reflejan la buenas prácticas y áreas de mejora detectadas, debilidades y la valoración cualitativa de las tres dimensiones. Basado en ellos se elabora el Plan de Actuación, con un cuadro de acciones para las áreas de mejora relevantes y la comunicación de la empresa. Así, las debilidades generan estrategias para su eliminación.
Por este motivo se considera que, si se realiza un Plan de RSE, entonces se mejorará la reputación de la pequeña empresa, su imagen y su posicionamiento, además de la satisfacción y aportes que provoca formar parte activa de un proyecto social o medioambiental; consideración que es respaldada mediante la evaluación por criterio de especialistas, con un veredicto favorable. Además, se recomienda continuar el proceso de la Metodología Innovarse para la mejora continua.
The main objective of this investigation is to develop a Corporate Social Responsibility Action Plan for the Hostal Restaurante Florida Center, taking into consideration the importance of looking for assuming sustainability criteria in MSMEs. The research is quantitative, with a descriptive and longitudinal design. For the sample, the methodology requires to apply different dialogue instruments to get the information from the person in charge who is designed by the manager, taking into consideration his expertise also adding reports provided from other members of the management. Data collection is obtained by using the personal interview as well as the worksheets of the Metodología Innovarse as the working instruments. Two phases are applied to design the Plan, out of four contained in the methodology, being the Diagnosis and the Performance Plan. The Diagnosis shows important data, reflecting good practice, areas to be improved, weaknesses as the elements to ponder those three dimensions. Based on the previous results, the Action Plan is prepared, with a table of actions for the relevant areas of improvement and the communication of the company. Thus, weaknesses generate strategies to eliminate them. For this reason, it is considered that, if a CSR Plan is carried out, then the reputation and the image of the small company, and its positioning will be improved, as well as the satisfaction and contributions that being an active part of a social or environmental project causes; consideration that is supported through the evaluation by criteria of specialists, with a positive verdict. In addition, it is recommended keeping the continuous improvement process offered by Metodología Innovarse.
