Resumen
La presente investigación se desarrolló en el Centro de Telecomunicaciones Santa Clara ETECSA S.A. El objetivo general está dirigido a aplicar un procedimiento de planes de carreras basados en competencias en el proceso de comercial en el Centro de Telecomunicaciones Santa Clara ETECSA S.A. Como resultado de la aplicación de este procedimiento se determinaron los cargos claves dentro de la organización, además se propuso el plan de carrera para el cargo Ejecutivo de punto de venta (EPV), así como de la aplicación de este plan de carreras se derivaron acciones de formación referidas a elevar el nivel de competencia que necesita cada trabajador para ocupar futuros cargos dentro de la organización. Además, fue promovida al cargo Ejecutivo de punto de venta Especialista Principal (EPV EP) la trabajadora que demostró mayor nivel de competencia.
The present investigation was developed in the Center of Telecommunications Santa Clara ETECSA CORP. The general objective it is managed to apply a procedure of based plans of careers in competitions in the process of commercial in the Center of Telecommunications Santa Clara ETECSA CORP. as a result of the application of this procedure the key positions were determined inside the organization, it also intended the career plan for the Executive position of point of sale (EPV), as well as of the application of this plan of careers it were derived formation stocks referred the competition level that each worker needs to occupy future positions inside the organization to rise. Also, it was promoted to the Executive position of Main Specialist point of sale (EPV EP) the worker that demonstrated bigger competition level.
