Diseño de la estructura organizativa de direccion del complejo hotelero Los Caneyes

Abstract

En la actualidad, garantizar la efectividad de la gestión empresarial se erige como la necesidad imperante en el proceso de actualización del modelo socialista. El complejo hotelero Los Caneyes, en Perfeccionamiento Empresarial, no está ajeno a los cambios que se producen en la esfera empresarial del país. Resultados preliminares demuestran que ninguno de los procedimientos y metodologías disponibles para el diseño o rediseño organizativo, satisfacen plenamente las exigencias organizacionales, ni se ajustan a las características de una entidad turística hotelera. La presente investigación pretende aportar significativos resultados en la disciplina, el objetivo es diseñar la Estructura Organizativa de Dirección del complejo hotelero Los Caneyes, como un instrumento que contribuya al perfeccionamiento de su estructura organizativa. Para dar cumplimiento al objetivo se utilizan varios métodos y técnicas sobresaliendo los de carácter empírico como son: cuestionarios, entrevistas, investigación bibliográfica y documental, tormenta de ideas y juicio de expertos. Además se hace uso de métodos teóricos tales como: análisis – síntesis, sistémico – estructural, inducción – deducción y histórico – lógico. Además se emplean software como el Microsoft Excel para la presentación de gráficos, figuras, diagramas y el Statistic Packages Social Science (SPSS) para el procesamiento de datos.

At present, guaranteeing the effectiveness of management stands straight like the prevailing need in the process of bringing up to date of the socialist model. The hotel complex Caneyes, in Business Perfecting, it is not unaware of the changes that are produced in the business sphere of the country. Preliminary results demonstrate how any of the procedures and methodologies that are available for the design or redesign organizational, satisfy completely the organizational requirements, neither have they adjusted to entity's characteristics of tourist lodgement. The present investigation intends to contribute with significant results in discipline, the objective is to design Organizational Structures of Management of the hotel complex Los Caneyes, like an instrument that can contribute the perfecting of the organizational structure. The author utilizes several methods and techniques standing out, in order to give fulfillment to the objective, give them empiric character like: Questionnaires, interviews, bibliographic investigation and documentary, storm of ideas and experts judgment. Besides, the author utilizes also theoretic methods of investigation like: – synthesis, systemic – structural analysis, – deduction and historic – logical induction. On the other hand, it is used software Microsoft Excel for the presentation of graphics, figures, diagrams and the Statistic Packages of Social Science (SPSS) for data processing.
