dc.description.abstractEl fenómeno infocomunicacional deviene del uso de las tecnologías y la evolución de la Arquitectura de la Información (AI) en la era digital. La arquitectura infocomunicacional es la correspondencia entre el diseño de la arquitectura informacional, la comunicación visual y la interacción hombre-computador de un sitio web, en relación con la función holística. Actualmente, los sitios digitales presentan insuficiencias en cuanto a su estructura arquitectónica, expresado en el escaso uso de recursos visuales para la presentación de los contenidos o la información. Esta investigación propone nuevos indicadores para la evaluación de la arquitectura infocomunicacional de los medios digitales de comunicación de Villa Clara, de manera que se logre el análisis integral y el perfeccionamiento de los sitios web. El estudio se estructura en tres capítulos, en el primero y segundo, se exponen los fundamentos teóricos y metodológicos acerca de la AI, específicamente los presupuestos que sustentan la arquitectura infocomunicacional. En el tercero se analizan los resultados del estudio diagnóstico, se describe la propuesta de indicadores y se valida a través del criterio de especialistas que permitió demostrar la pertinencia, la factibilidad de introducción a la práctica, el nivel científico y la concepción metodológica de los indicadores.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe infocommunication phenomenon comes from the use of technologies and the evolution of Information Architecture (AI) in the digital age. The infocomunicacional architecture is the correspondence between the design of the informational architecture, the visual communication and the man-computer interaction of a website, in relation to the holistic function. Currently, digital sites have shortcomings in their architectural structure, expressed in the limited use of visual resources for the presentation of content or information. This research proposes new indicators for the evaluation of the infocommunicational architecture of the digital media of Villa Clara, in order to achieve the comprehensive analysis and improvement of the websites. The study is structured in three chapters, in the first and second, the theoretical and methodological foundations are exposed about the AI, specifically the assumptions that sustain the infocommunicational architecture. In the third one, the results of the diagnostic study are analyzed, the proposed indicators are described and validated through the specialists' criterion that allowed to demonstrate the pertinence, the feasibility of introduction to the practice, the scientific level and the methodological conception of the indicators.en_US
