Resumen
El presente trabajo fue realizado en la empresa GEOCUBA VC -SS y resume los
resultados de una investigación dirigida a desarrollar un procedimiento adecuado y
pertinente para identificar las competencias distintivas de la organización y las
competencias laborales de los cargos de las actividades principales o procesos claves,
como herramienta estratégica para el mejoramiento continuo del Sistema de Gestión de
Recursos Humanos en el marco competitivo actual, constituyendo el principal aporte de
ésta investigación. Para posibilitar la realización de este trabajo fue necesario diagnosticar
el estado actual de la gestión de recursos humanos. Para contribuir a una mayor
rigurosidad en la investigación se aplicaron técnicas aceptadas para recopilar y procesar la
información, así como los métodos de evaluación por criterios de expertos, como es el
Delphi por rondas. Se ofrecen, además, recomendaciones que incluyen la implementación
e integración de este procedimiento al Sistema de Gestión de Recursos Humanos de la
organización objeto de estudio.

The present work was carried out in the company GEOCUBA VC - SS and it summarizes the managed findings to develop an appropriate and pertinent procedure to identify the distinctive competitions of the organization and the labor competitions of the positions of the main activities or key processes, as strategic tool for the continuous improvement of the System of Administration of Human resources in the current competitive mark, constituting the main contribution of this investigation. To facilitate the realization of this work it was necessary to diagnose the current state of the administration of human resources. To contribute to a bigger rigurosidad in the investigation techniques they were applied accepted to gather and to process the information, as well as the appraisal methods for experts' approaches, like it is the Delphi for beats. They offer, also, recommendations that include the implementation and integration from this procedure to the System of Administration of Human resources of the organization study object.
