dc.description.abstractLa demanda turística actual, que no se limita al turismo de vacaciones sino que abarca, también, viajes de negocios, de empresas, convenciones y congresos requiere una oferta específica y una calidad determinada en lo general y en particular en el servicio de trasporte turístico. Para lograr esto, es necesario garantizar una buena planificación de los servicios de transporte que se demandaran. La presente investigación da respuesta en parte a esta situación ya que propone utilizar en la planificación de los ingresos del servicio de taxi el Método de Descomposición Clásica para su pronóstico. La investigación se desarrolló en la Empresa TRANSTUR Villa Clara, obteniéndose como resultado propuestas de herramientas de la Ingeniería Industrial, las cuales permitirían disminuir los efectos del subjetivismo en la planificación actual de dicha entidad.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe nowadays touristic industry is not limited to vacations tourism but also includes business trips, congress and conventions transportation. Each touristic branch requires a specific offer and a certain quality in general and specifically in the transportation services. In order to achieve the great efficiency and to always grant the best quality and the faster response it is necessary to grant the proper planning of the transportation services. This investigation gives a partial solution to this situation because it proposes to use, in the taxi service, the incoming planning by using the Classic Decomposition forecast method. In this work we have done a case study of TRANSTUR Villa Clara enterprise. We had obtained as a result proposal of Industrial Engineering’s tools which allows decreasing the subjectivism effects on the today’s planning system of that enterprise.en_US
